I loved the cleanliness and how friendly the staff were. The room was well-equipped and ideal for a longer stay, with great kitchen facilities and a washer and dryer. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Crown Casino and Convention Centre. I also enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities, plus the cozy bed made for a fantastic stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as I found the cleanliness impeccable, the staff exceptionally friendly, and the location perfect for exploring nearby eateries and markets. The facilities are superb, especially the pool and sauna on the ninth floor, which offer a great way to unwind after a day of work. The convenience of having a kitchen and laundry in the room made my extended trip even more enjoyable.
