We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff at the hotel, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the main attractions, including the beautiful monkey park and nearby Onsens. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and beautifully presented, making it a delightful start to our day.

The location was perfect, as it provided easy access to the snow monkeys and was surrounded by beautiful traditional onsens and local restaurants. I loved the private onsen facilities, which were pristine and enhanced the authentic experience. the cozy room with a kotatsu added a touch of comfort that made relaxing even better.

I loved the warm hospitality from the staff, who were exceptionally kind and even offered transportation from the train station. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered a beautifully arranged room with a traditional living area and a cozy kotatsu. The meals were outstanding, highlighting local ingredients, and the location was serene, right next to enchanting landscapes that made for lovely strolls around town.
