We had a relaxing stay at the hotel, enjoying the cushioned Bali beds and well-maintained facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Carolina and Marlen in the VIP Lounge, who provided excellent service every morning. The hotel's location also made it easy for us to explore the nearby tourist mall, which added to our overall experience.
