I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The late-night room service was delicious, especially the mac & cheese. The hotel's location at the mall was perfect for maximizing my schedule, as I had family members with online college classes at different times. The room had a bunk bed, which allowed the entire family to stay together with bed options. The mall itself was great, with exciting activities like ziplines over the water park and the thrilling Mindbender rollercoaster. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment at the nearby mall. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a fantastic jacuzzi that comfortably fit two people. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided towels for use at the waterpark. Convenience is a major plus, as the hotel is a one-stop shop with a food court and restaurants within the mall.
