Clean and modern rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff always greeted me with a smile. Perfect location for exploring the nearby attractions like Gastown and Chinatown. Close proximity to Waterfront station, making transportation easy.

The hotel was super clean and cosy, with nicely decorated rooms. The shared bathrooms were always clean and we never had to wait. The staff were very friendly and helpful, remembering our names and being prompt with any issues. The location was great, within walking distance of shopping, eateries, and BC Place, where the concert we came for was held.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the en-suite bathroom and the additional armchair and footstool in my room. The location was ideal, as I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions and shopping areas in this city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near Gastown and the cruise terminal, making it a great choice for tourists.
