the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out to me, and I loved the beautiful decoration throughout. Plus, the location was perfect, as it was conveniently near the old quarter and just a short walk to the lake.

We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff, particularly the receptionist who assisted us with everything from tour arrangements to local directions. The spacious balcony offered a fantastic view of the bustling streets, making it a perfect spot to unwind. its prime location in the Old Quarter allowed us to walk to key attractions and even the night market within eight minutes.

We loved the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the old city, making it super easy to explore all the attractions on foot. The room was impressively clean and spacious, just as shown in the photos. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, where we could soak in the vibrant street life. The staff, especially the receptionist Huy, were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from tour bookings to directions.
