I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the city offers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the street. I also appreciated the convenience of bike rentals available.

The hotel's location was ideal since it was within a 10-minute walk to the night market and very close to the scenic lake, yet not so close that it was noisy. the staff, especially Thomas, were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience feel personal and welcoming.
