I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the slopes and a few great restaurants. I also loved the daily tea service and the relaxing onsen, which was a great way to unwind after skiing. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and made for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location near the slopes and convenient bus stops to access other resorts. The staff truly made my stay memorable; they were welcoming and went out of their way to assist me, even lending me equipment when I lost my goggles. the onsen experience was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day on the snow, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable.
