- Good and perfect setting in a crowded area surrounded by a cove and a garden.
- Within 15 minutes' walk of A&W Restaurant.
- Satisfactory breakfast included.
- A great in-house restaurant serves up basic Italian cuisine.
- Excellent service; amenities are excellent.
- Rates are good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the well-appointed rooms to the pristine hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and the hotel's location close to everything was a major plus. We loved the beautiful surroundings, with a fountain, waterfall, and mature trees creating a picturesque entrance. The hotel's proximity to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal made exploring the area so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved the sauna and pool for relaxation, and the staff were pleasant and clear. The hotel is located in a good spot in North VC, making it easy to explore attractions like Capilano Bridge Park, Lynn Valley Park, Deep Cove, and Stanley Park. The hotel facilities, such as the free parking and the use of a fridge and microwave in the room, were very convenient. The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel had excellent food and caring service. I appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly status and the fact that it was clean and quiet despite facing the street.

It's also very close to key attractions in Vancouver North and the Horseshoe Bay ferry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, with two comfortable queen beds. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We appreciated the convenience of having a bus stop adjacent to the hotel and a supermarket just across the road. The location at the base of the mountains provided a scenic and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast at the Pantry was a delightful experience, with an a la carte menu offering a variety of delicious options. The staff, although not as friendly as other hotel chains, still provided excellent service.
