The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Zocalo and surrounding attractions. the staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything from directions to packing breakfast boxes for our early tours. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, and the on-site restaurant served mouthwatering dishes, making it convenient to dine without leaving the hotel.

We loved the hotel's fabulous location, as it’s central to many historic sites, making it easy to explore. The cleanliness of the spacious rooms impressed us, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist. The hotel was incredibly clean and safe. The staff, especially Thelma and Veronica at breakfast, were amazing. The location was perfect, just seconds away from the Zócalo and close to all the main attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering plenty of choice every morning.
