We loved our spacious room, which was impeccably clean and well-equipped with toiletries that were replenished daily. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with museum tickets and restaurant reservations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't be better; situated right in the heart of Puerta del Sol, we found ourselves within walking distance of many iconic sights, shopping venues, and delicious eateries.

It’s centrally situated, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The staff were fantastic and helped us secure tickets and reservations. Our room was very clean and the shower was top-notch. Transportation options, like the metro, were just a short walk away.
