The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles, which made me feel welcome. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and the convenience of having a Subway nearby for breakfast vouchers was a nice touch. it only took me about 15 minutes to reach the wharf, making it easy to explore.
