The views were stunning, with large windows showcasing the lake and volcano. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially Sergio, was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with tour arrangements and local tips. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching monkeys and colorful birds.
