The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch throughout my visit. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views, making it a great place for relaxation.

I loved the hotel's location, which was close to El Retiro Park and many fantastic restaurants, making it easy to explore. The room was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptional and attentive. My room was clean, cozy, and had a lovely city view. The location was perfect, right off Gran Via and close to great restaurants. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar with stunning views.
