We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, enjoying its prime location just off Union Square, making it easy for us to explore numerous attractions and access public transportation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, providing us a warm welcome and accommodating our requests promptly. Our suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family needs, and we appreciated the added touch of a complimentary glass of wine each day.
