The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location right on the UBC campus provided us with great amenities and easy access to everything related to the UBC or the UBC Hospital. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect for the area I was visiting, with beautiful surroundings and a short walk to Pacific Spirit National Park. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with white sheets, comforter, and towels. The coffee machine, replenished with Starbucks coffee daily, was a great perk. The fast WiFi was a hit with my teenagers. The staff at check-in were helpful and courteous.
