We loved the incredible location, which gave us easy access to all the Mayakoba amenities and let us explore the beautiful lagoon filled with wildlife like monkeys and iguanas. The hotel facilities were exceptional, from the spacious and clean rooms to the superb staff, who were always friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options, whether we chose to walk, bike, or take a golf cart around the resort.
