The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond; for instance, Ms. Kobayashi helped us track an important package. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and appreciated the numerous eateries and shops in the area, which were perfect after a day of sightseeing.

I had a great experience at this hotel, as it offered a fantastic location just a few minutes away from the MRT station and the vibrant Tanukikoji shopping area. The cleanliness of the room was notable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which provided a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right.

I loved the location of the hotel, being right next to the subway station and in the heart of the entertainment district, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I found it to be surprisingly spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay. there were several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a quick meal or snacks.
