We loved the hotel's prime location, just next to the JR station and a short walk to the food alley, which made exploring the city a breeze. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to help us when shipping our skis. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, boasting an incredible variety of options that catered to every taste.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location is unbeatable, conveniently connected to the underground JR and subway lines, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the buffet breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The availability of a Family Mart within the hotel was a great bonus for quick snack runs.
