I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early even though I arrived late. The room was clean and perfect for my needs, with a comfortable bed that made me feel like I was sleeping in my own bed. The location of the hotel was amazing, close to all the shops, the convention center, and even the airport. It was cost-effective for a hotel in downtown and had easy access to transportation, with the BART just a minute's walk away. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful bathroom and thoughtful lighting. The staff was also very good, providing great service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this city downtown hotel. The hotel is cost-effective and located conveniently near all the local sights in the Union Square area. It is close to the BART station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel also offered valet parking, which was incredibly convenient for us. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the fact that the hotel was steps away from the streetcar and Union Square, as well as plenty of great restaurants and shopping options. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
