I could easily explore the up-and-coming area of Chelsea, and Times Square was just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing fresh cookies during check-in, and the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest. Plus, the free coffee in the lobby was a delightful bonus that fueled my adventures around the city.

The staff was excellent, with Jenn and Kat at the front desk offering great service, and Duane always around to help. My room was clean, and I appreciated the fridge and coffee-making facilities, which made my stay even more comfortable. Plus, the warm cookie on arrival was such a delightful touch!
