We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and the lovely rooms that featured private onsens with flowing hot water straight from underground. The staff was welcoming and attentive, helping us with everything from transportation to meal bookings. The dining experience was exceptional, with beautifully presented dishes that made every meal feel like a celebration.
