The onsen experience was truly relaxing, with various pools to unwind in, and I particularly appreciated the availability of free massage chairs around the hot springs. The breakfast was a delightful spread of Japanese dishes, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, making my visit enjoyable despite my limited Japanese skills.

We loved how clean the hotel was, and the facilities, especially the onsen and massage chairs, were super relaxing. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including some western items, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious enough for our family, and we found the comfortable futons perfect for a good night's sleep. The location offered scenic views, and transportation was easy with a shuttle service available.
