the cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff truly made a difference, with the animation team, especially Ali and Fabio, providing excellent entertainment. Mohamed from the bar was friendly and always had great recommendations, while Chef Araby consistently served delightful dishes during breakfast. Mr Gamal at the reception ensured a smooth check-in process and was readily available to assist us.

I was truly impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and the amazing staff who created a welcoming atmosphere; from Mr Mohamed, the food and beverage manager, who personally served us, to the kitchen team that prepared delightful meals, everything was top-notch. The animations team kept us entertained, and Mostafa, the bartender, whipped up fantastic drinks that enhanced our experience near the palm trees on the beach.
