We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was lovely and accommodating. We celebrated a birthday, and Sam surprised us with a bottle of champagne, cake, and a thoughtful card. The room was spotless, and the location was ideal for sightseeing and visiting nearby restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near multiple Metra stations, making transportation a breeze.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's close to everything downtown, including Union Station and Michigan Ave. Plus, there's a brown line metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city.
