The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the bustling Gran Via and close to various attractions. The room was spotless, with a luxurious bed and nice bathroom amenities, making it a very comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
