We loved the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to transport and nearby shops. We also enjoyed the clean and modern rooms, and the rooftop bar was a fantastic place to unwind after a busy day.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the location on Gran Via made it easy to explore shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet despite the buzzing street outside.
