  • Plentiful breakfast available daily with a pancakes etc and an omelette, to mention but a few.
  • The on-site in-house restaurant serves Indian fare.

  • A few past guests were dissatisfied with a bit too soft beds.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even offered to post back a dress I forgot, with me paying for the delivery. The central location was perfect, close to shops, concert halls, and the railway. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city from the high floor. The bar area had great food and excellent service. a very pleasant and welcoming experience.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with restaurants, bars, the Principality Stadium, Motorpoint Arena, and the Xmas Market all very close by. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly, well-presented, and provided attentive service throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room on the second floor was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The tasteful and well-maintained decor made the room even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for me, as it was just a short stroll to the motor point arena. Additionally, being able to open the window and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city in the evening was a real treat.

We had a great stay at this hotel in a central location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotless. We also felt secure knowing our car was safely parked in the hotel car park. a very happy experience.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the service at the media awards dinner in the Bardd room. The breakfast service was also very good, with a wide variety of choices on offer. The location of this hotel was in a lovely area, perfect for shopping in this city. Parking was convenient, and transportation was easily accessible.
