I had the best stay at a hotel in this city. The location was excellent, being really close to the city centre and on the ramped area. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities provided were top notch. The staff at reception were amazing and interacted with my daughter in the sweetest way. They even gave her a gift with a teddy bear, book, pencils, and a water bottle. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel for our stay in Cardiff. The hotel is located really close to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring everything in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful and well-presented interior decor that blended modern and traditional styles. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options including a self-serve full English and continental spread. The staff were also exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
