The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, as it was close to the city centre and the bus/train centre. The hotel facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room, were lovely and provided a relaxing experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a varied selection of freshly cooked and delicious options. the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

The location was perfect, with a lovely view over the river. It was also conveniently located near the railway station and within walking distance to the city centre and the walls. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. the breakfast provided a variety of options, including a delicious traditional English breakfast.

The location was super close to the city center and right in the center of town near the metro. It was very convenient for exploring the city and even doing a lovely day trip to Portrush. The hotel exceeded my expectations with complimentary refrigerated soft drinks and snacks alongside the tea/coffee in the room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
