We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the location was just across the road from the south pier, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all nearby attractions. The staff were outstanding—extra friendly and went out of their way to celebrate my partner's birthday with a lovely card and warm wishes. Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations, offering a tasty variety to start our day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with adequate heating and lovely bay windows to relax by.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as it was conveniently located close to the pleasure beach and the sea front, making everything easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially John, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was clean and cozy, with a charming view that added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a tasty start to each day.

the location was ideal as it was right next to everything, including the Sandcastle Water Park and the beachfront opposite South Pier. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond on customer service. I found the room spacious enough and appreciated having facilities like a kettle for tea and coffee to enjoy by the bay window.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was right next to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The nearby convenience store was convenient for snacks and essentials. Our room had a pleasant view of the pier, and the beds were comfortable. There was also a decent parking option just a short walk away.
