We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a safe inside. The hotel facilities were great, especially the entertainment every night, so we didn't need to leave the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good selection of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was on the sea front and nearer to the central pier. We loved being in this top area and it made it very convenient for transportation and easy access to everything in this city.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely polite. It was a great value for money, with the option to upgrade to a sea view room at a reasonable cost. The location was fantastic, being only 2 minutes away from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the St. Chads Way tram station. Additionally, the hotel had a brilliant entertainment program that kept guests thoroughly entertained throughout their stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The location was perfect, directly across from the beach and just a short walk from both piers. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, clean bedding, and a modern bathroom with a nice hot shower. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The entertainment and food were fabulous, with a great selection and good quality meals. everything was excellent and we can't wait to come back!

The hotel was right in the centre of everything, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean and had nice decor, and the beds were really comfy. The small make-do restaurant on-site served excellent food, and the breakfast options were delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the promenade. Cleanliness was top-notch, with regular toilet cleaning and staff seen cleaning. The facilities were great, with entertainment options like bingo and horse racing. The location was perfect, situated between the two piers and offering a stunning seafront view. The staff, especially Nic the barman, were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
