The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for my event at the O2 Academy, and it was just a short walk from the train station.

The cleanliness of our room was impressive, coupled with friendly and efficient staff who made our stay enjoyable. the vending machines in the lobby provided convenient snacks and drinks, perfect for a quick bite after exploring the area.
