The hotel had great facilities, including parking and transportation options. The location was fantastic, with fabulous views of the river and easy access to the town center and attractions. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. The location was ideal, with easy walking distance to shops, pubs, and the arena for concerts along the Tyne.

The room was upgraded to a suite, which was great! The room for the presentation was good. The room size was great and the view of the river was fantastic. The hotel is very close to the town centre and amenities, making it easy to walk to. The hotel has a great location next to the Metro Bridge and is right on the waterfront. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the staff provided excellent service.
