The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Louise and Johnathan at reception. The hotel and its grounds were stunning, nestled in a peaceful and green location. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities, including the heated outdoor pool and spa, were luxurious. The breakfast had a good selection, and we were impressed with the complimentary hot and soft drinks in the room. The valet parking service was a bonus, making our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming service of the staff, who made us feel right at home.

The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to several other great restaurants in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious tubs and heated tile floors in the beautiful bathroom. The Grand Hall was a stunning feature of the hotel. We would like to give a special shoutout to Rob for arranging everything and Lana for her kind and helpful assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety and was of top-notch quality. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ben, Nikki, Goshia, Tom, and Jonathan. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel, surrounded by greenery, was peaceful and serene. The food at both the Brasserie and the Beaufort restaurant was delicious and memorable. my experience at this hotel was lovely and I would highly recommend it.
