I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and excellent facilities. The onsen experience was outstanding, as it featured both indoor and outdoor pools with a variety of mineral waters. Its location was perfect—right by the cable car and the pirate cruise ship dock, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the buffet meals were diverse and delightful, catering well to my family's diverse tastes.

We loved the stunning views from our lake-facing room, which was impeccably clean and featured a private hot tub on the balcony. The hotel is perfectly located near the ropeway and cruise boats, making it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated the kind and attentive staff, as well as the tasty breakfast selection, ensuring a delightful start to our day.
