I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location close to Waterloo Station made it easy for me to get around the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely lobby and bar area. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with comfortable and clean beds, and spacious shower rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the manager to the cleaning staff. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruit.

The air conditioning was a great relief during the hot days. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from Waterloo Station and within walking distance to London attractions like the South Bank and the London Eye. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made check-in quick and even accommodated our early arrival. The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of food, including the option to make our own waffles. These were all the best aspects of our stay.
