We had an amazing stay at this hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration. The location was perfect, right by Covent Garden, and we didn't have to walk far to catch a taxi. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We loved having parking on site, which is a rare find in this city. The staff, especially Gurcan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more special. The breakfast at the lovely restaurant on the 10th floor was delicious, with a great selection of food.

The Chic Suite was perfect for us, with a lovely personalized birthday surprise waiting for us in the room. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel had a chic and stylish vibe. The hotel's location was also fantastic, as it was right next to Covent Garden and the river. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the sites we wanted to see thanks to the convenient bus stop right next to the hotel. The staff, both at the front desk and in the bar, were helpful and attentive.
