We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially James. The location of the hotel was excellent, right by the canal and The Armouries.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and their friendly nature was a highlight of my stay. The location was perfect for attending the Royal Armouries event, as it was just a quick walk away through the scenic canal basin area. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room was comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast provided an excellent choice and the staff were always helpful.

The hotel's location opposite the Armouries was fantastic, as it allowed me to visit this great free place easily. Additionally, the room had a great view of the river, and it was spacious and clean. The staff were also helpful, providing an extra key card without any issues.
