We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were exceptional - very kind, attentive, and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided everything we needed. The location was great too, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The restaurant served delicious food, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options, including a tasty full English fry up. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel accommodated my request for a ground floor room with a shower, which was perfect for my elderly mother. The staff even called me the day before to confirm my request. it was a great experience.
