The location was prime, allowing for easy access to the Jorvik Centre and Minster, which was a huge plus for our trip. Cleanliness was impeccable, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels enhancing our overall experience. Breakfast was delightful, with the highlight being the amazing service from Patricia and perfectly poached eggs by the chef.
