The hotel's location opposite the Palace theatre was perfect for us as we were attending a show there. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the front of house team. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had a wide selection of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel building itself is beautifully restored and has a lot of character. Our bedroom was stunning, with Elemis products in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect, just across the road from a train station with direct links to the airport and close to the city center. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.
