The cleanliness of my room was exceptional, and I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like tea, coffee, and a fridge. The staff was polite and responsive, ensuring my arrival was smooth and hassle-free.

We loved the location, as it’s situated right opposite a major underground station, making transportation incredibly easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when they promptly addressed a room cleaning delay by upgrading us. We also appreciated the cozy hotel facilities, like having a kettle and little stove in our budget double room, allowing us to make tea and snacks.
