I had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and Hyde Park. The staff was exceptional, especially Claudia and Josie, who made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring nice amenities like a coffee maker and refreshing bath products. I also loved the free sauna access and the cozy café.
