I had a great experience at the hotel, as it's conveniently located near One Utama shopping mall and next to the MRT station, making transportation a breeze. The cleanliness was commendable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was tasty, offering a good variety to start the day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the cleanliness of our spacious room and bathroom, and the hotel facilities, especially the gym, were impressive. The ample covered parking spaces were also a huge plus.
