I had a delightful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was outstanding; my room was immaculate every day. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist me, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, the location was fantastic, as it was just a short walk from two different tube stations, so navigating the city was a breeze. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, allowing for great meals without straying far from the hotel.
