We loved the hotel’s prime location. It was easy to walk to major attractions like the Grand Place. The staff were cheerful and accommodating, especially Rebecca, who helped us with our luggage. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The facilities, like the kettle in the room and extra toiletries in the bathroom, were nice touches too.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage storage and even providing free umbrella rentals. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the high-tech amenities made my stay even more comfortable. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from both the train station and the Grand Place, surrounded by a plethora of dining and entertainment options.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, as they allowed us early check-in and even upgraded our room for free. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the cleanliness was exceptional, and the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Grand Place and a convenient walk to the central train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even allowing an early check-in. there were plenty of excellent dining options nearby, making meal choices effortless.
