I had a great experience at the hotel, particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk from the Elizabeth Line station, with local cafes and shops nearby. the 24-hour reception made it easy for me to check in and out at my convenience.
