We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was nicely displayed. The bar area was also nice, matching the photos on the website. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. we had a pleasant experience.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the doggie giftbox they provided. The spa was relaxing and the bar was well stocked. The food in the restaurant and bar was delicious and good value. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and full of personality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Our room was spacious, well-decorated, and furnished with a comfortable seating area and a luxurious king-size bed. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with mature woodlands and large fields. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially towards our guide dog George. They treated him like royalty, even cooking him his own breakfast and providing him with treats every time we passed reception. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a mix of continental options and a delicious Cheshire hot breakfast. We especially loved the hash browns, which were the best we've ever tasted. The overall customer experience was excellent, and we can't wait to come back!
