The staff were exceptional! Professional, friendly, helpful and skilled. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and everything we wanted to see. The hotel had good facilities, including a leisure center, and the breakfast was delicious. Despite being right on the railway station, noise was not an issue. Additionally, there was ample parking available and a fab cocktail bar nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located right next to the Newcastle train station. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to explore this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a very clean and spacious room that was also warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and offered to assist with my luggage. Additionally, I enjoyed using the hotel's pool, especially the steaming hot jacuzzi, which was very relaxing.

The restaurant and bar were excellent, offering a great value for a three-course meal. The location was superb, with a train station and taxi rank right on the doorstep. Additionally, the hotel had all the amenities I needed, including an iron, board, fridge, and a drier available upon request.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided a friendly welcome and made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was very well appointed, despite being a bit small. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and I was impressed by the marvellous TV in the room. The bathroom was nice and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its great location; it is conveniently located right next to the train station and the metro, providing easy access to the town centre. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool and leisure facilities, were top-notch. The breakfast, which I paid for separately, was also excellent, with a wide selection of hot food and continental options. I couldn't fault the staff or the amenities provided.
